President

David Wilson is the President and co-founder of OnMission2 International Ministries which was incorporated in 2019 upon their return from Ecuador, South America, after he and his wife, Debra, served as full-time missionaries from 2014-2019.

They served their Lord by planting two local churches and ministered to three existing churches, ministered to children in a local orphanage, developed a partnership between the Ecuador Baptist Convention and the State Convention of Baptist in Indiana where they trained approximately one hundred national pastors over a three-year period.  Their ministry continues to expand as they are currently working with the Columbia Baptist Convention in South America as well as pastors in Cuba in developing a pastoral training curriculum and church planting strategies.

David continues to serve as an evangelist and train churches in the USA on “How to have a Gospel Conversation”.  It was through multiple unsuccessful attempts to share the gospel using traditional methods during their time as missionaries that God showed them how to teach others what He really said, as opposed to what people ‘think’.   Once they changed to having a simple gospel conversation and the actual reading of God’s Word that God began blessing their work.

Today, their mission is to encourage churches to re-think how they share the good news of Jesus Christ with those in their circle of influence.  It has been exciting to witness many who have never shared their faith to begin sharing with total confidence.

David was licensed into the Gospel Ministry in January 2011 by his home church of twenty plus years.  He also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global logistics company for twenty years prior to surrendering to full-time ministry.

David & Deb live in Greenwood, Indiana and have four grown children who are married and enjoy their seventeen grandchildren immensely.
