How will we know when OnMission2 has been successful in achieving their mission?

Successfully provide training that results in planting self-supporting Baptist Churches in South and Central America;

Provide mentoring and to facilitate a learning environment for Christian leaders as needed in South and Central America;

Provide ongoing theological training for pastors as needed in South and Central America; and

To develop and encourage multi-cultural learning environments as the result of partnership efforts across South and Central American Christian Churches and Christian churches in the United States.
